A singer and songwriter for the past thirty years, Bill combined these talents with a keen interest in storytelling back in the mid l980's. The result is a performance which blends stories with songs played on a variety of instruments such as guitar, mountain dulcimer, and recorder.

Bill has been featured on WAMC public radio, the Riverway Storytelling Festival, at daycare centers, public schools, libraries, houses of worship and at the New York State Museum where he has appeared over one hundred times.

He travels extensively, his favorite haunts being Italy and India where he has not only gathered stories, but performed as well.

Audiences: PreK, K-Jr. High, Family, Adult including Senior Citizens.

Programs: Folktales from around the world; Native American Stories; wisdom tales including stories from the world's great spiritual traditions. Most programs are accompanied by both song and instrumental music. Poetry may also be featured in the wisdom tales.
