The festival is being presented through the partnership of the Rockland Teachers' Center Institute, Rockland Reading Council, Child Care Resources of Rockland, Haverstraw King's Daughters Public Library, St. Thomas Aquinas College, North Rockland Central School District, the Town of Haverstraw, the Village of Haverstraw, Clarkstown Town Supervisor Alex Gromack, the Greater Haverstraw Chamber of Commerce, the Library Assoc. of Rockland County, and Palisades Assoc. for the Education of Young Children. In addition, many local businesses are contributing to the success of the event.
